PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Operations team utilizes the "Matrix System" approach for project management i.e., the allocation of resources from functional departments and sections/disciplines to satisfy the project needs.

PROJECT CONTROLS

Civil/structural, electrical, mechanical engineering and drafting are organized under the Project Engineer to provide the specialized engineering and design talents essential to produce high quality.

PROCUREMENT

Procurement activities include, in general terms, all purchasing, inspection, expediting, traffic activities, as well as site provision for stores and site and meet project milestones.

CONSTRUCTION

A Matrix-type management organization provides resources to the field workforce from within the Construction Department and other Sections (disciplines).

EXPEDITING

In order to meet the set target dates for equipment/materials delivery to the project, the customized and computerized follow-up system is essential for monitoring all stages of the procurement process.
